How to place an order online:

1. Go to the MacPherson Online Catalog website

2. Select "Browse Catalog"

3. Browse the catalog and write down all the Item No.'s you are interested in purchasing.

4. E-Mail us with all Item No.'s you are interested in and the quantity you want, along with your mailing address. Please put "online order" in the E-mail subject.

5. We will then E-mail you with product prices (There might be discounts), shipping and handling, and delivery time.

6. E-mail or call us (Mon.-Fri. 10am-6pm, Sat. 10am-5pm Toll free at 888-527-5679) with your credit card information. (Transaction must be processed in order for the product to be ordered.)

7. Returns may only be made on defective products and only if contacted within one week of the arrival date. Credit will be issued once Artel receives the product in house and the product has been inspected.
